Taxes, domain registration, paid plugins, advertising, and third-party licenses are separate when applicable. Complex commerce, memberships, custom applications, and databases require a separate quote.

Choose this route if you want to control your own hosting and future updates. I deliver the approved static site files and place the domain under your business’s control.
After handoff, you are responsible for hosting, security, backups, updates, third-party services, and future changes. No care plan is required.

Full-ownership pricing applies to static brochure-style delivery. Features that require a CMS, booking platform, database, commerce system, or other ongoing service are scoped separately with the customer-owned accounts and fees.
Managed hosting and care
Every managed website includes one selected care plan for an initial 12 months. Billing begins on launch day—not when the build deposit is paid.
Essential Care
Hosting, SSL, uptime checks, backups, and security maintenance.
Growth Care
Everything in Essential, plus a quarterly analytics summary.
Partner Care
Everything in Growth, plus monthly performance and quarterly strategy check-ins.
Initial term: 12 months from launch. After month 12, service continues month-to-month unless either party gives 30 days' notice. Unused edit time does not roll over.
New pages, redesigns, custom features, and emergencies outside the plan are quoted separately. Approved additional work is $100/hour in 15-minute increments.
Getting started
We agree on the scope and ownership before any payment. Then I build from the business information and images you provide.
Review and sign the Website Services Agreement for your chosen package.
Complete the matching one-time Stripe checkout after the agreement is signed.
Send your content and access; review the site and approve it before launch.
Project content
You provide accurate business information, your logo, publishable images, feedback, and required account access.
Light copy polishing is included. Net-new long-form copywriting, complex integrations, and content production are separate.
Before you pay
No. The deposit is credited to the one-time website build fee. Your selected monthly care plan begins and bills separately on launch day.
After you approve the completed site and before it is published. Each package card shows the exact remaining balance.
Please do not. The agreement must confirm your selected package, care plan, scope, ownership terms, and timing first.
No. Managed packages use a care plan, while the full-ownership static option has no maintenance membership or care-plan commitment.
Under the full-ownership option, your business controls its domain and receives the approved static site files. The agreement defines ownership and licensing for client-specific deliverables and FastDevelopment's reusable tools, systems, and templates.
Target timelines begin after required content and access arrive. The schedule pauses when feedback, content, or access is overdue by more than five business days.
