A coach who
does the work.

Athlete. Coach. Strongman competitor.

I’m a former college athlete and strength and conditioning coach. I’ve spent years training, competing, and helping athletes, strength competitors, and everyday lifters improve their physical performance.

My job is to give your effort structure: practical instruction, honest feedback, and a plan that evolves as you do.

Let’s talk about your goals Follow the work on Instagram ↗

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A little clarity
goes a long way.

How do I use the training finder?

Choose your goal, experience, available days, and equipment, then select Show my starting point. Copy the result if you want to include it in an inquiry. After changing an answer, generate a new result. Start over restores the defaults. Your answers stay on this page.

Can I log in or buy a program?

Client accounts, software, and training programs are not available yet. To ask about coaching or get help, use the contact form. No account is needed to make an inquiry.

Do I need to be an experienced lifter?

No. Your starting point helps determine the plan. New and returning lifters can focus on foundational technique, clear instruction, and consistent training.

Personal coaching or a training program?

Personalized coaching fits your circumstances and provides feedback and adjustments. Training programs are in development. A ready-made program suits someone comfortable training independently. Use the consultation to discuss current options and pricing.

What if my schedule or equipment is limited?

Tell me what you can realistically commit to and what equipment you have. Those constraints help shape your plan.

What happens after I reach out?

The consultation form is a place to share goals and ask questions. We can discuss your experience, needs, and whether coaching is a good fit before you decide to move forward.
